I can’t recommend Pacheco Body Shop highly enough! They repaired my son’s car, and when we picked it up, it honestly looked brand new. The quality of the work was exceptional, with incredible attention to detail. The customer service was just as impressive, friendly, communicative, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. The price was also very fair for the quality of the work we received. What really stood out was Carlos. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything, which gave us complete confidence that the car was being repaired the right way. If you’re looking for honest people who do outstanding work at a reasonable price, Pacheco Body Shop is the place to go. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

We had an excellent experience with Pacheco’s Body Shop after my wife’s 2023 Ford Explorer was in an accident that damaged two of the doors. From start to finish, Carlos was amazing to work with. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process and was incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful. The workmanship was truly top notch. When we picked up the car, it honestly felt like getting a brand new vehicle back. The exterior was fully waxed, the interior was spotless, and the repairs were flawless.
